Welding Services
Fabridigm offers welding services using SMAW or stick, GTAW or TIG, and GMAW or MIG. Fabridigm has experience in welding a variety of metals such as carbon, alloy, stainless and aluminum. We can perform critical, precision welds on thin stainless steel and other light metals using TIG welding. For production welding, the faster MIG welding is used.
Shielded Metal Arc Welding, Stick Welding
Manual metal arc welding or better known as stick welding is used for welding heavy pieces of steel together. It provides a strong weld for structural support pieces and critical welds.
Gas Metal Arc Welding, MIG Welding
Metal inert gas or MIG welding is a fast and can be applied to a wide variety of metals, both ferrous and non-ferrous. GMAW welding is used in most process work because it is fast and can be used in out-of-position welds like overhead joints, corners and other tight spaces.
Gas Tungsten Arc Welding, TIG Welding
Tungsten inert gas or GTAW welding is a skilled process that can produce high quality welds. It is primarily used on thin stainless steel and other light weight materials.
